The unofficial GUI upgrade for Fritz 8/Shredder 7 is GUI8.iup. It seems you have that file. Put that file in the ChessProgram8 folder that should be under the ChessBase folder in Program Files. In ChessPrgram8 you should have the file IUpgrade.exe previously installed with F8 or S7. Open/run that executable file and it will upgrade the F8/S7 GUI.
