Right, but that's not the point. The point is that who ever extract the moves
from the tables will play like God, has nothing to do with Junior, could just as
well have been TSCP.

Of course there is, where did you get that idea? :)

A hashtable isn't just a hash table (if only that was so!:).

The problem is that chessbase will label their new product as having beaten
Kasparov, when in fact it had _nothing_ to do with Junior, it was due to the
table bases. "Junior" was only able to draw, Kasparov lost a drawn game later on
to the table bases, this is what regular people don't understand Russell.

They will think Junior is software good enough to beat Kasparov, when in fact
all programs using table bases would have won from the same position.
