If it does come up, probably the position would be an easy one for Kaspy. If it is not, probably the computer would have played it in a way to make it easy, because one draw is as good as another to the computer. In any case, what seems like a significant advantage to Kaspy is really insignificant. If Kaspy feels he's been clever getting this rule agreed to, he's a fool. It's not really an important issue as far as having any kind of decisive impact on the match outcome. From the organizers and spectators point of view, the rule is a good one I think. Such endings are boring to the general public. I think the Junior team has done okay to agree to this rule. Not risking being boring is a good way to assure there will be more of these events. Besides, the prize money will make this a good year for the Junior regardless. There usually isn't a lot of money in computer chess.
