I have managed to connect using the program WS_FTP light edition (free) Hostname: cap.connx.com Hosttype: FTP PC/TCP 3.0 And click the icon: anonymous: then you get: Username: anonymous Password: wsftp605@ Don't Check passive transfer, it goes way slower hope that helps, it worked for me
