It all depends of what is "particularly weak". But given the speed of the Palms,
a program that can be considered as average on a PC is weak on the Palm.

BTW, do you have any information of the author of the chess engine?

My understanding is that they have just bought the right to use the name
"Chessmaster", and everything else has nothing to do with Chessmaster for the
PC.

Do you have any information?
