Subject: Two Crafty book questions

1. I understand what the start.pgn is for, but there is also a startc.pgn file
resulting (presumably) in the bookc.bin.  When is this file used?

2. I have no problems producing the book.bin file from the enormous.pgn using
either the 18.15 SMP version, or the later 19.01, but in each case the resulting
file causes and error message in Crafty (any version) telling me that the book
was produced with a version prior to 17.0.  Has anyone else seen this?
