You are running out of diskspace while making the book. While the book is being
made there are going to be a great amount of tmp files produced. If you lack the
disk space, you will get the above error.

I used to get it myself. I just create the book on the partition that has the
greatest amount of space.. ideally over 4 gigs in free space.
