Hi marc,
Just speaking from my own experience, I often send email questions to Steve
about the operation of Fritz or CB. He always answers courteously and promptly
and almost always eventually finds an answer. So my experience has been very
positive with ChessBase tech support. I once sent an email to that effect to Don
Maddox.
