To subscribe to a Web site
Open the Web page you want to subscribe to.

On the Favorites menu, click Add to Favorites.


Click Partial subscription: tell me when updates occur or Full subscription:
download for offline reading.


If you want to specify your schedule, delivery, and notification options, click
Customize to use the Web Site Subscription wizard.

Notes
Subscribing to a Web site enables you to automatically get updated information
from the site on a scheduled basis, without having to visit the site and refresh
the content manually.

Subscribing to a site does not require paying fees to the site.

This was taken from explorer 4.0 under "Downloading web pages for offline
viewing" in the help section. If you have trouble getting it to work for you,
give me a shout and I'll give you a hand with it. If you do not have IE4, let me
know and I'll put you on the right track for a utility that downloads entire
sights for offline viewing. I prefer the utility over IE4 because of the
difference in the way the files are downloaded. With IE4, the files are saved in
one huge file, which is only available to IE4. I supose Microsoft did this to
avoid potential piracy from the end user. Unfortunately, it takes away a lot of
the flexability in the process.
