My move is Rb3. How do you relpy? White resigns. Black plays Rb1-b3-b2, At this point white king MUST stay in squares g2 or h2. Then, black plays f5,f4,f3+ (wKf2) and Rh1 wins (wRxb2) Rh2+ and black captures the rook. A typical well known pattern where the f pawn decides because it avoids the white king to stay in the safe squares g2 or h2. Black does not even need to move the king to win. Too easy!
