Chess Tiger will also play the Nxg4 move after only 4.2 seconds on my computer but after almost 7.5 minutes it still does not drop it's score to zero (-0.34). Interesting to note that after following the game a few more moves past your posted position, Chess Tiger seems to see the draw but still refuses to drop it's score to zero. I wonder if this is a bug in Chess Tiger?
