ftp://38.168.214.175/pub/bench2.epd has over 6400 test positions. If you analyze at 10 minutes per move it will take about 44 days at 24 hrs of analysis per day to test them. Have fun. The last few (the Fine collection) are not so fine. You should probably just clip them off.
