Anybody try the strategies (barrage) in the book "Chess: A Psychiatrist
Matches Wits with Fritz" on the newer chess engines? I was at Barnes & Noble the
other and was thumbing through the book. It seemed quite interesting, however I
do remember posts on here about the book, but forget what they said. I would
assume, the strategies would be outdated now, and the Newer Engines would
compensate for a Barrage strategy. I was going to buy the book, only $25 for a
hardcover, but the author used Fritz 6, and I would like to see an updated
version with games from not only Fritz 8 but also other engines as well.
