Subject: test position from a win of Movei against strong opponent(montalivet)

Author: Uri Blass

Date: 09:40:00 01/26/03

montalivet sacrified a pawn by 8...Bd7.
I am not sure if the sacrifice was correct but Movei did not find the right
defence and montalivet got a winning position.

The losing blunder of montalivet was Kc8 when Kd8 seems to lead to a draw.
Fritz8 with 64 mbytes hash tables needs a long time to find Kd8(Maybe bigger
hash tables can help it to fins it at smaller depth but I leave it to other
people to test)
Crafty19.01 has no probelems to find it.

Here is the game and the analysis of Fritz8.

montalivet is Fritz7(p41800 Mhz) if you believe the notes of it and
I assume that the notes are correct unless something else is proven.
