Subject: Engine vs Engine on two PC using Null modem cable. Can USB be used?

In running engine tournaments between 2 computers, I am presently using a Null
Modem cable. Can I use  a USB connection instead?

I am not sure if my 350MHz Pent II has the high speed 2.0 connection or not,such
as on my Athlon 2600+,  but the socket looks like the same size.


Any info on this would be greatly appreciated.
