Not sure it was the rook evaluation.  I played too quick games against
Crafty19.2 and Searcher managed to win, without the Re8 method. (Before CCT5 I
was trying to discourage this approach.).  Interestingly since CCT5 I have
changed extensions and pawn evaluation but not rook evaluation.

I am mildly amused that Bob is taking flak for my computer being too stupid to
win.
