You are making fast conclusions from one game only.

Kasparov is still stronger, this is true, but has only one way to play to win
and he needs to keep his concentration and make not tactical mistakes.

If he is able to he should win, but not by a high margin.

If he makes mistakes like against Deep Blue or like Kramnik he may loose.
