All the flash applets are essentially the same, all using the applet ChessBase and Morgenrot designed (and used in Bahrain). There are several 'skins' of it out there right now. The blue one you are linking to was designed by me to X3D's specs. There's a better looking one on some of the German sites and at ChessBase. As for 'fastest' it all depends on how frequently they set the applet to poll the server, although I don't think anyone has set it slower than ever 15 seconds. Server power has almost nothing to do with it. I'd be surprised to see more than a few seconds difference between any of them, and that just because of polling timing.
