Firstly i did not request it. I suggested it, R. Hyatt agreed to it.

No because statements made in this group have an effect upon you in the minds of
the readers of CCC, and simply writing to Moderators will not change that view
unless, they write some formal censure in the group. However, Bob Hyatt
apparently has these people in his back pocket, I would have never thought this
until today. I have nothing else to believe, when a man blatantly lies and does
not dispute that he has lied, and CCC moderators defend the person who is lying.

You are 100% correct on this and that is very very true. In this case there
however is no misinterpretation, Bob Hyatt is Hostile towards me,and i have no
love for him either, that's why we agreed to leave each other alone. Something
that he has not been able to do, not that it's surprising to me that's his
character.

It was not humor, and you can ask Bob Hyatt himself and he will indeed concur.
To say someone os Lyong when they have acted contrary to their word is 100%
accurate especially, when it's of the nature of the posts that Hyatt has written

It has nothing to do with thick skin, it has to do with the right to be free of
Harrassment. In Legal terms, if you tell someone on more than two occasions to
cease communication with you, that fullfills that statute of Harrassment.
Legally on this basis, i could have Bob Hyatt served with a protection order.
Because he has continued this harassment after being told to desist. Yes the
statute does indeed include electronic comunicae. You act like i'm asking for
something big, i'm asking simply that bob hyatt leave me alone.
