I do not think that computer was used to find the line otherwise the analysis
was better and 27.Kh2 could be found.

Black has good chances to win.
The only place that I read the claim that h3 was leading to draw was Amir's
post.

In analysis of kasparov that a link for it in this forum was published only
later I found nothing about h3.

Can somebody tell me another link that gives the opinion that h3 was enough to
draw.

People who use computers to say that a line is forced use the next best option
so even if computer suggested 27.Nf1 they can find that 27.Kh1 has not a clearly
losing score.

Black has a lot of lines to get some advantage after h3.
I found no forced win but I believe that black wins.
