It's based in the genes of such countries as Aserbeidjan, it's a bit like Spain,
Italy or Mexico, just make your choice in the macho world. Berlusconi is a good
example. Even better was Mussolini.  But also don't forget the Arab World. BTW
not just the males. Kasparov is not an extremist so far. The speed of his arms
and fingers or "rolling eyes" is neither near World nor European record.
