Well done Dr.hyatt I am surprised that you are surprised by the results because Crafty is known to be a better engine than phalanx. see http://www.digichess.gr/infiniteloop/ratings/blitz_rating_2.txt for rating in blitz crafty is number 1 and phalanx is weaker.
