hmmm,
if I would make a screen shot available for download somewhere with my about box
showing "About Fritz 8 (Jan 30 2003)" you would surely write it is a fake.
In the meantime I have found a post which makes everything clear (for me).

Unfortunatley it is in German so you have to wait for the first official update
