You don't have to worry much about magnetic fields, if the computer components
are incased in metal that stops the field, it's called a Faraday cage (it's for
the same reason a car will protect you from lightning).

However monitors used to be of plastic and eminate a strong field, that
shouldn't be so bad nowadays either.

Finally, there is no proof magnetic fields are damaging to biological tissue.
For example field study has shown that nurses working on NMR scanners (strongest
magnetic fields on Earth, 10-20 Tesla) have no higher risk of cancer than usual.
