If I were betting, I would bet it is the "space" in "Program files". That
is the stupidest implementation detail anyone has ever done. It might be ok
to allow spaces, but to require them because a specific system directory has
a space in it is simply ridiculous...
8.3 was bad enough, but to expand that and then force a space into a common
directory name is way beyond a "bit much".
IMHO of course...
