you're right, Chessbase does not stick to the standard here.

I start parsing "computer chess game 5' +3" and stop when
finding the ". Then I try to parse the right bracket and remember
all consumed characters before the right bracket.
When there is another " before the right bracket, I add it to the
tagValue.
