The comp was lucky that >this didn't go nuclear in it's face ... actually this was the best game of DJ so far. 17...b5? 18.cxb5 Qxc3 19.Qxc3 Rxc3 20.Bd4 Rxc7 21.bxa6 with big advantage for white. 18...b5? 19.cxb5 Qxc3 20.bxa6 is also better for white. the passed pawns on the qeen side are dangerous. 12.h3 was certainly not the best move. on the other hand it was not a serious mistake. Kasparov would have tried d5 somewhere against a human opponent but it opens the position. usually not advisable against a machine.
