The obvious solution would be to do it the way LambChop does it.. that is, saying for what side the score is. "1.2 for white" or "2.5 for black" is absolutely clear for everyone. Why not more people use this scheme escapes me. If 3 or more engines post their eval in the 211 channel and they don't have the same meaning for + and - scores, half of the tells in this channel will be a discussion what means what for what engine - making the 211 channel useless for me at least. Sargon PS. Oh yes, and the filtering-scheme on ICC could be improved too - as long as we can't filter messages individually, 'set kibitz 2' is a must :(
