One example:  when I get a FEN, and find a forced mate in 10 (19 plies),
then I know for sure, that the 50 move rule (which may have been ignored
inside the mate analysis) will not turn this mate into a draw, provided
the halfmove count of the initial FEN is 81 or less.

This does not help about possible draws by repetition, correct.
For that you have to give a PGN, not just a FEN.
