I remember him >saying something about it during CCT5. It is actually "the crafty channel". Used for crafty questions/discussions/help and so forth. I have routinely used it for crafty analysis in various live events that ICC relays. The good thing is that you don't spew spam into a game by kibitzing, you can kibitz "my analysis is in channel 211 for those that want to see it (+chan 211)" and then leave the kibitzes to the thousands of morons that regularly spam the games so that set kib=2 is almost necessary. :)
