Gordon, If you get into a lost endgame then even the best player will either lose or draw depending on the strength ot the adversary. Deep Junior plays a pretty good endgame but more importantly seems to know how to get to a good endgame from the middle game. I am impressed with DJs overall performance. It would be funny to see Herr Nemeth play against DJ under these same conditions. The processors being used are 20 times as fast as Nemeth's machine. Wipeout!! I also would lose 99 out of 100 games..
