Good morning Uri,

here are the actual conditions from Germany for such an event:

1) Every player must pay 95,50 US $$ to PO Box Rolf (the exact numbers later)

2) 3 million US $$ prize money for the GM who beats any commercial program on
whatever strong hardware by 100% (minus one draw for the benefit of the
programmer team and for the friendship)

3) In case of less than the result out of number 2) the player gets NOTHING at
all and must pay 1000,50 US $$ to the team.

P.S.

I bet a fortune that in a few weeks case 2) will take place. Then you and all
others will see how pompous the actual appearance comes along.
