I agree that there are a lot of engines that are clearly weaker than tscp
but it is still weaker than most winboard engines.

I do not think that people consider it as extremely weak and I read post in the
winboard forum that suggest the opposite

place 107 out of 162 engines in 30 minutes/game

control.
