Thanks, it helped me.

practically I did it slightly different and I saved a file with the name
openb.bat and put there the following line

bzip2-102-x86-win32.exe -d E15.pgn.bz2

running the file created the E15.pgn that I wanted.

I find when I run this file that the file include games that were not in the
database of the chessbase site when the database of the chessbase site also
include games that are not in E15.pgn

The reason that I download the file is to look for games in specific lines in my
correspondence games.

I will be happy if somebody can help me in finding games because I do not want
to miss known games but I also do not plan to buy database only for the purpose
of not missing games when I play only 10 games and I expect to be out of the
database in all games in one or 2 monthes from today.

I also found today few hours ago that the database of the chessbase site did not
work(I stopped to search for games after I got no response in some minutes).
When the chessbase database work
I can search for games with specific position and I can also copy games that I
choose but the disadvantage is that copying is slow and it may take some minutes
to copy 100 games.
