I base it on a simple question. Would it be possible for a lower rated GM to
reach the same equal result as Kasparov or Kramnik with identical match
conditions? The games haven't proved beyond reasonable doubt that the answer to
that question is a resounding "no". My conservative strength guess is bases on
the answers "maybe" and "yes" :-).
