You are still contradicting yourself. There is no "deserves to" for a chess program. Did the chess program "play for the win"? Did it "play hard"? No, it just calculated and spit out a move. It has no concept of these things, and therefore does not "deserve" anything. Having established that, you maintain that Kasparov did not play his best, and was still able to draw. If he had been at his best, then he would have achieved at least a draw, if not more. By your reasoning, Junior is lucky to have achieved a draw (in your opinion).
