What a rotten idea! The free e-mail service providers are 99% of the time used responsibly. We must not punish the majority for the sins of the minority. I find the free web based e-mail to be extremely useful (e-mail from school, out of town, etc.) and it would be extremely displeasing if a trend of disallowing membership from free e-mail providers begins.
