That's not a "program" :) I see nothing wrong with the statement, since he could
well be talking about "programs". It is not clear which of the top programs is
best, since they are all capable of beating one another and generally play very
even, seperated by only a few elo points. If that is his opinion, it is not a
bad one, just as it would not be a bad opinion to state that Fritz or Shredder
or Tiger is the best program that has ever existed. Remember, it's just an
opinion, not his thesis.
