Who is going to determine whose ideas get included and whose don't? Perhaps someone offers up an idea, but it is shot down since it conflicts with null-move. Now that person released their "secret" forward pruning method, and got nothing in return. We might have some bloody noses at the next WCCC if this happened :) So, it is not without added complications.
