I have someone send me animated chess stuff via flash files, now my problem is described below. Okay here is the scoop. I have had macromedia flash 5, then Flash MX. I was able in windows explorer to play flash files in a player in windows and even had the option to create a (projector) which is just a executable file so that anyone could watch the content from windows even if flash was not installed. I uninstalled Flash MX, downloaded the latest player and shockwave player from macromedia, but I do not have any association to be able to double click on a file in windows and have it come up in a player within windows. Web broswer is fine Is this only available if you have the commercial flash program on there, which is all I have had for as long as I can remember ?? If so any solutions, because the only way I can view this chess content now, is open up my web design dreamweaver program and create a web page for it and play it through a web page. Any idea's ??
