If Kasparov was justified in offering a draw, then the DJ team was not justified
in accepting it.

Moreover - the fact that the draw offer came from the human operators and not
the computer which was supposed to be playing the game is a STINKING SCANDAL. It
would be like Kasparov's trainer declaring a draw on his behalf.
