I usually simply use infinite analysis.
I know about another option of Deep analysis but I do not like it(I may try it
later in another position but now I am only in the opening stage and I only
check to see maybe the computer will find some novelty).

When I tried a game to test novelty that was suggeted I used time control of 12
houre/40 moves.
When I tried long analysis I gave programs to calculate for many hours(not at
contant depth).

Practically I may get depth 19 or 20 or 21 when I give a program to analyze for
many hours.

The biggest depth until now is of shredder 7
depth 21/47 time 16:50:00

In most cases I use less time per position.
