That's the point then, isn't it? Nobody knows how many games Mr.
Nemeth may have played in posting the wins he did. Not that there is
anything wrong with that. Nobody really expects people to be posting
all their losses against the computers. I could post hundreds of those
myself. It is only interesting to post draws or wins. And I find
Mr. Nemeth's posts of his wins VERY interesting.

But it does not follow from those posted wins that Mr. Nemeth would
have more success than Kasparov against DJ or Kramnik against DF.
Even Nemeth admitted in one of his posts that his anti-computer lines
do not work against fast computers and longer time controls,
however well they work against a program playing on his 600mhz machine
at fast controls.

Don't get me wrong. I am not criticizing Mr. Nemeth at all. He has
found some very ingenious ways to expose weaknesses in the top programs
and I enjoy trying out these ideas here. But if he were to try these
ideas against the DJ that played Kasparov, under the same conditions,
I do not think he would have any success.

On the other hand, I guaranteed George Foreman would knock out Muhammad
Ali in Zaire...
