The important thing is that one machine does the moves when the operators cannot change it's moves. The decision if to accept draw or offer draw is not machine decision by the rules so in this case I do not see it as important if it is done by one operator or by some humans and machines. If I understand correctly the only other claim that you say is that they deleted moves from book during the game. I am not sure if this was the case and maybe there was some misunderstanding. If I understand you correctly you say that their post meant it and my first language is not english so I assume that you are right about the meaning of their post but the possibility to delete book moves during the game is not a significant advantage for the machine.
