I am not understanding here.

Does the team ask DJ program for a draw when Kasparov asks, or is it up to the
program, or Does the DJ team looking at the score agree to a draw, which makes
it the DJ team who decides on the draw ????

Reading Amir's game results, makes me feel that Amir and the team decided on the
draw ?
