It is obvious, that the operator alone has not enough knowledge, to decide whether to agree or not to a draw offer. Therefore it is only fair, that he might consult _predesigned_ members of the computer team and of course the DeepJunior engine. Note: Under no circumstances he might be able to influence the moves played by the computer during the games. The use of another machine and additional advices from GM's is only to decide whether to accept or to deny a draw offer. No conspiracy - no need to change any rules.
