This makes good sense, but it is kind of a catch-22 (I think that's the right
phrase). Perhaps the ICGA looks at the situation and says, "90% of the
participants are from Europe, so we will not make the majority travel to North
America." But, if they held the competition in North America, they might well be
saying, "90% of the participants are from North America, so we will not make the
majority travel to Europe."

I don't think they'll ever know until they give it a chance.
