Oops, forgot to mention that on my Pentium IV 1.6 Ghz machine, the junior
personlity plays Bxh2 in under 3 minutes of search.  Given long enough however,
it will switch away from Bxh2 after an hour or more (can't remember exactly) and
prefer ... b6.  Of course additional tweaks could "prevent" that, though I doubt
the overall result would be favorable to playing strength.
