The winner might have been whipped by Anand, assuming Anand was "up" for the competition. But it may be too late. Anand would need lots of time to prepare and probably is not doing that. So we have our "joke." Incidentally, it is possible to be "Best in the World" at one form of chess, like blitz, and not be best at another form of the game, such as "anti-computer." To determine which human was best at anti-computer chess would require many human vs computer games. In effect, it would take as much effort to determine a world human champion at anti-computer chess as it does to determine a world champion at anti-human chess.
