Sounds good, let's do it. Maybe someone should setup a mailing list for people
interested in discussing this. That way, even if nothing happened now, there
would be a way to contact those interested when the time came. There are a lot
of issues to work out, and those issues are different depending upon whether
this is an 'in person' event, or an online event.

People talk about this from time to time, and unless someone is working behind
the scenes, there isn't anyone who has taken the next step towards organizing
anything.
